My name is Gavin Nathan Dauzat, I was born in Baton Rouge Louisiana on july 3rd of 1999 i became an indie artist when i was 6 years old calling myself SlimD but only having one song "Slim Is Coming" most people didn't favor my music but in early 2012 i gave up on SlimD and came back as Mistta Purple.
I'm an LA-based pop and EDM producer with songs on Disruptor (Columbia) and Big Beat (Atlantic), among others. I produce original music and remixes for singers as well as my own artist project, Fluencee, which has been featured on Billboard, Complex, EW and many more. If you're going for a dance/pop crossover or festival-worthy remix, I'm your guy.

I'm primarily a mixing engineer and I do a lot of work for people in my area, but I'm trying to branch out to more people. I'm in a mentorship with Koen Heldens (xxxtentacion, Dr. Dre, Ski Mask The Slump God).
