RightMind Studios is a recording studio located in Lynchburg, Virginia with the primary goal of providing quality tracking, mixing, and mastering services locally, in the greater Lynchburg, Virginia area, as well as internationally.
My name is Genesis Urena and I am an audio engineer with an acoustically treated home studio. My engineering experiences include sessions as a live sound, live recording, studio recording, mixing and mastering engineer. Most importantly, I am cordial, professional, and most importantly, academically and professionally experienced.
I mesh the organic and synthetic to create emotive, dynamic pieces that tell stories. I have years of work as a multi-instrumentalist and producer/sound designer, a professional ear, and a full studio at my disposal. Whatever you want your sounds to say, I can help you make them say it.
I have been working as a professional session drummer for over twenty five years and would love to bring my groove and expertise to your project! The range of my abilities include Pop to Experimental and everything in between. I have worked with Corey Glover (Living Colour), Pagoda,Electric Powered Soul, Rotten Cheri, Nightcaller, GOCCO and others.
