El Caballero percussionist Ruben de Ruiter has played with well-known and unknown artists, bands and orchestras at festivals and venues in the Netherlands and abroad. He also played in musical and theater productions, in television and radio programs and made recordings in his home studio and other sound studios.
It's not that I have performed, engineered or produced on projects for over 20 years professionally that makes me able to give you what you need. It's that I can't help myself giving everything I have to a song, heart and soul. Music is why I wake up in the morning and how I fall asleep. The projects I work on are my life's work. Nothing less.
