Currently living in Los Angeles, Barrera is known for his years of work playing with My American Heart and more recently his production work with various acts such as Tim Atlas, Tori Kelly, AJ Rafael, Us The Duo, Jeff Bernat, Gabe Bondoc, Jeremy Passion and many more.

I craft baselines with great care and attention to detail, all while maintaining big picture phrasing and musical momentum. I currently tour and record with the James Hunter Six. I'm now including BOTH upright AND electric bass for any song that you might want to have both options for; all for my standard 1 song fee. :)
