I have been playing for about 20 years and I´ve been working almost exclusively as a session player for the last 10 years. At my core, I'm a mix engineer, but in a modern musical world the lines between mixing and production can get blurry. I work right in that blur. I started as a recording artist and a producer, and eventually moved into mixing. I don't mix a song without bringing that prior experience of recording artist and producer with me.
