I started out as a 2nd engineer working for a recording studio in LA learning the ropes, splicing tapes, tape alignment and of course working with hopeful acts. I recorded and mixed Hip Hop, Rap, R&B, Gospel, Rock Pop and Jazz tracks. I''ve worked on Neve, SSL, Trident, SoundCraft, Euphonix and now on ProTools, Logic and other great DAWs.

I am Sergio Zurawski, ex-Madredeus guitarist (electric & acoustic), sideman/session musician, composer, arranger, producer, born in 1959, in Sao Paulo (Brazil), professional musician since 1978, I also have been working in composing and producing soundtracks for films, TV, games and theater. I have recorded over 100 albums throughout my career.

I do Mix Engineer Work and Studio Musician Work as a Guitarist and Drummer. My main focus right now is on Mixing, and in that regard it is on Professional and Competitive Quality.

My goal is to serve the song. Whether I am producing, mixing, or writing, I am always looking to understand the core emotion of a piece of music, and then to support it however possible. I believe many small decisions lead to quality in a big picture way, so I keep a keen attention to detail. I'd love to hear about your project!
