My name is Alvin Perkins and I am a native of Kansas City, MO. I have been in the music business for about 25 years in some capacity. I started out as a musician in the church as a drummer and transitioned to bass guitarist. I currently play keyboards and a music director at a church here in Kansas City, MO
I’m an experienced music producer, composer, mix engineer and drummer. My most recent work was composing and producing some of the cues for the recent HBO documentary ‘Agents of Chaos’. I have lots of experience producing and mixing music for a wide range of genres, and have produced work that has topped iTunes Charts.
I began rapping, singing and writing songs at the age of 14 and decided to pursue music after I graduated high school at 17. Since starting my musical journey I have put out four projects as well as a number of singles helping me to acquire over a million plays across streaming platforms.
