As a producer/engineer, I enjoy working with artists in diverse styles, ranging from Dizzy Gillespie to Weezer, and have credits on a number of Grammy nominated projects. Always eager to collaborate, I thrive on helping artists define and refine their signature sound.
As a producer, engineer, and musician, I've been involved in countless recording sessions that range from new independent artists recording singles, to globally-touring artists (including Alice in Chains, Halestorm, Mercy Me) cutting big records. Negril Music Studio is one of the top reggae music studios in Latam. Founded and managed by FedaRoots (recorded and mixed at Tuff Gong, JA and with Jim Fox, USA), it has launched many amazing reggae albums in Spanish, as the first Spanish tributes to Israel Vibration, Gregory Isaacs and Don Carlos. It has also produced Flabba Holt's last album.
I am a lifelong electric bass and guitar player, trained by Tiran Porter of the Doobie Bros in modern fretted and fretless bass. I have been playing guitar for 17 years and bass for 15 years, and have played on hundreds of recordings for myself and clients and in over 20 bands. I also offer remote mixing, editing, and mastering in Logic.
