I will design the right sound and feel for each song, making it loud, clear and iconic. Im a profesional audio engineer with 7+ Years of experience and worked on 500+ tracks. Now i´m focused on my passion: Mastering! I love taking tracks to their ultimate expression and getting involved on projects.

I started my mastering career in January 2007. I relocated to Spain for one year in 2012 and undertook some work for Jaime Helios, a Spanish New-Age artist who went on to win the BEST NEW AGE/AMBIENT ARTIST in HOLLYWOOD MUSIC IN MEDIA AWARDS 2013 for a song mixed and mastered by myself. I then moved to Manchester in 2013 where I undertook many projects. Now I have started a new mastering studio Major Oak Audio Mastering in Nottingham and H-Sound Music will continue to be based in Manchester.

My name is Steve Rutledge. I am a Producer/Engineer as well as a Professional Guitarist/Bass/Keys/vocalist. I was in Nashville for 15 years on the road and in the studio sessions with a lot of major artists as MD/Lead guitarist/BGV. I started Steel String Recording Studio in 2001.
