I am a self professed gear nerd and tone snob. I'll take a single note with great tone over 100 blazing notes with bad tone any day. I record and mix a variety of music, but mostly in the indie, folk, indie rock genres. I can add tracks to build your song, or polish what you've already got.
I am a mix and mastering engineer based in the U.S. I specialize in remote mixing and mastering, as well as production for all genres from pop to hip hop to rock and metal. The mixing studio is based on an Antelope and UAD conversion setup. With a hybrid setup I am able to get the best of both analog and digital worlds.
I mostly work with metal bands to make their mixes sound insanely heavy, brutal and punchy. Many bands can record themselves today with good results, but mixing is a completely different beast to conquer. That’s where I step in and creates something unique and brutal to make the recording sound amazing.
