What differentiates my craft boils down to precision and emotion. No matter how small the project, I refuse to cut corners. I strive for excellence in everything I put my efforts towards. I compose, record, and mix to bolster the song's true meaning. By the time my work is finished, I want the listener to genuinely feel the pulse of the song.
Spend your time MAKING MUSIC - not mixing a million different drum tracks. My speciality is getting a warm, balanced drum track that you can drop into your mix with little to no additional sweetening (EQ, compression, phase correcting, etc.) needed. Keep it simple!
For the last 11 years I have held the drum set and MD chair for Big Daddy Kane's band. I graduated Berklee School of Music with a deep love and understanding of technique, production, and a myriad of genres including Jazz, Funk, Reggae, Hip--Hop, Drum n Bass, EDM, Pop, Trap, Blues, Fusion, Salsa, West African Rhythm, etc. I love it all!
