Hello, my name is Michael Candido and I'm a freelance Producer/Mixer. I started mixing in 1998 and over the years taught myself as well as sought the aid of many highly acclaimed engineers who became my mentors' over the years for their different skill sets. My approach to music is highly dependent on the material of the band and the track itself.

I am a London based, classically trained violinist with experience recording, writing and arranging in a variety of genres. Recent credits include: Performing and working with Laura Marling & Rob Moose (arranged strings for Bon Iver/John Legend) for BBC Proms, Tom Walker, Pixie Lott, Jack Savoretti, Caitlyn Scarlett and Wilma Archer.

I’ve worked with several breakthrough artists over my year in the singer-songwriter/indie pop genres, helping to focus their sound and achieve Major Label success in Paris and Internationally.
