I started producing music on tape multitracks in the early 1990's. 25 years later, I'm now lucky enough to have the use of Teesside University's state-of-the-art Pro Tools HDX facility, and to work with some very talented people both at the university and at my record company, Coastline Records.

I am a singer-songwriter who loves to produce music with sound lyrical content. I have produced and written songs for three gospel musical projects and have quite a catalogue of published and unpublished music spanning all genres. I specialize in delivering lyrics in a soulful manner.

Produced and played Guitar and Keyboards on many albums. Production includes David Cross and Robert Fripp, Simon Townshend, ESP Project, Chris Gray, Bram Stoker, Toyah, amongst others. Guitarist with Roger Daltrey, Julian Lennon, Simon Townshend, Modern English, Toyah, Pet Shop Boys, ESP. Creative Director at Sunn Creative record label.

Maas Audio is a boutique sound studio founded by audio engineer and producer Xander Maas. With his personal approach on engineering and production, Xander Maas has mixed/mastered for Diplo, Jillionaire, Rocky Wellstack, Spinnin' Records, Sony and Armada.
