Music Producer and Songwriter with worldwide distribution through Tommy Boy/Warner Bros.
I produce Pop, R&B, Hip-Hop, EDM, Rock, and a bit of Country. I have a wide open ear when it comes to music which allows me to create just about anything music wise.
I have worked as a songwriter, producer, and DJ. Being in the industry for over 15 years now, I have done ghost writing and producing, and also have worked direct with some of the top artists ranging from Disney stars to top of the chart artists.
In addition to music creation, I am front and center when it comes to video. My mindset brings the vision of the song into reality with a well constructed music video behind it. After creating your music, I can help you get it out to multiple radio stations if it's the right fit.
Contact me with your details today. I will work with you the best I can to make your project a success. I believe in the "Process". I will guide you in the proper directions to get your finished song out to the public and also provide resources to do so. Let's connect and get to work.

Interview with A Dubb
Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?
A: I would like to work with Rihanna, Beyonce, Ariana Grande, Jay-Z, Kanye, and Christina Aguilera. They are of the best in the industry and fit my style of producing. They are versatile artists and together we could create more magic.
Q: Can you share one music production tip?
A: Think outside the box. Create music that stands out and makes your audience think about what they've just heard in every aspect of the song. Make them want to hear it again and again.
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: I work on pop, r&b, hip hop, latin, rock, and a bit of country.
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: I produce full songs from conception to songs that are already partially done and just need added work to get them to where they need to be on a high production level. Production includes full instrumentals plus song writing.
Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?
A: My greatest musical inspiration is Michael Jackson due to his talent and hard work ethic. When he was in the studio or on stage, there was always our perfection. That is what I will always believe in as well. I'm also inspired by artists such as Beyonce, Jay Z, Pink, Kelly Clarkson, P Diddy, John Legend, Ed Sheehan, and many others.
Q: What do you bring to a song?
A: The songs that I create are of high quality and are competitive with some of the best songs out on the radio. I create songs based on the voice and style of the artist.
Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: My strongest skill is my creative mind being able to create songs and videos that stand out and are award worthy.
Q: How would you describe your style?
A: I'm very versatile. I create music that relates to what's happening in the world music-wise today.
Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?
A: I started out being a DJ while at the same time writing lyrics and creating music on the side. From there, and after helping so many people with their songs, I started my own label in which I now have a worldwide contract for distribution through Tommy Boy.
Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?
A: Drum Pad, Keyboard, Guitar, Interface, Mac
Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A: Be sure to choose a producer who is very creative and not just a basic producer who only adds generic sounds to your song. As stated in the previous answer, the producer needs to think outside the box.
Q: What questions do you ask prospective clients?
A: I typically ask my clients what style of music they are wanting to do. I like to hear a sample of their voice so that I know which direction to go with the song. And I ask what their career path and history has been like in regards to their music.
Q: What's the biggest misconception about what you do?
A: It's fun but it does take time to create a great song. Nothing should be rushed.
Q: What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A: Customers normally ask to hear samples of music I've produced, how long it takes typically to create a track, and what my costs are. From there, I send them samples. It can take on an average of two weeks to create a good song. Sometimes it may take longer based on revisions requested. In regards to costs, it all depends on the project but I do have standard basic rates to begin.
Q: What do you like most about your job?
A: Creating music for everyone to enjoy. Songs that touch peoples hearts in one way or another.
Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?
A: I guarantee my clients that they will receive a top notch product and help them in the best way I can within the music industry.
Q: Analog or digital and why?
A: They both have their advantages. I have and can use both,
Q: Is there anyone on SoundBetter you know and would recommend to your clients?
A: I would recommend Luis Moreno for engineering. He is my personal engineer and works with many great artists.
Q: What are you working on at the moment?
A: Currently I'm working on an EP project for a new artist. We are producing the EP and also directing the video for the first single set to be released in September, 2018.
Q: Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?
A: I worked on a music project that dealt with many issues in regards to things happening around the world. poverty, police brutality, terrorism, war, sickness... I had a chance to travel to different cities and speak personally with individuals that experienced some of the issues. This was all a part of the video in which I was co director.
Q: What's your typical work process?
A: When creating a full song for one of my artists, we either create a song beat and then form everything else around it starting with a vocal melody. Or we come up with a vocal melody first, and then create the instrumentals from there. Once the song is created production wise and recorded, it then goes to mixing and mastering to be ready for radio.
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: My studio is set up with everything needed to create instrumentals as well as vocals. Keys, strings, drum pads, mics, are all included as they should be. Pro Tools 2018 and Logic Pro X. Vocal Chain: Telefunken AR-51, Rupert Neve 511 mic pre, Rupert Neve 551 EQ.. Plugins: Waves, Soundtoys, Fabfilter, Steven Slate, Plugin Alliance, Melodyne, Softube, and more.
