I went through a third-party site to get feedback on my song. Most of the feedback was very generic, and didn't offer me a lot to work with as a songwriter looking to improve future releases. Dani was honest, and genuinely took the time to give me feedback (even if it was not all positive), and I could tell that she truly listened and used her vast knowledge to help me improve. Dani is a long term fan of my band Witchfynde and in 2015 Dani mastered the Witchfynde album The Lost Tapes which had been recorded in 1975 and hidden away until found again in the 2000's. Dani did an amazing job as the recordings were so old and he made them sound as good as was humanly possible. Would thoroughly recommend Dani for you recording etc. needs.

I had the opportunity for Dani to review my song “Istanbul” from my project “Scot Free Sessions”. It was real nice having someone you could tell really “listened” to the song and gave pinpoint advice. My wheelhouse is all about the lyrics and Dani made a suggestion that I had never even thought of before and I thought “you know what, that’s a great suggestion and he’s right”. This was on a song that had been heavily scrutinized and reviewed as it finished top two in the International Songwriting Competition in lyrics. Dani came at it at a whole different angle - real impressive!!!

He was very complimentary and described it as being in the top 2% of songs he reviewed but the most important input Dani provided was the insight into how to leverage finesse in the vocal lines to enhance the song. Dani gave me a wonderful and detailed review of my album, and I really appreciate it. Sometimes you request these reviews and it's clear that the reviewer didn't really listen to it; the review is composed of generalities and unspecific references; basically a smattering of unspecific adjectives and platitudes that you could fire off at anyone.
