A: Recently co-wrote for EXO’s LAY. Incredible artist, and I can’t believe our English lyrics are official!

A: Working on Christmas music.

A: Do you sing Kpop? Absolutely.

A: Not sure!

Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A: Don’t run away because you get cold feet from the pricing. I’ve found that quality work, talent and professionalism come hand in hand with a reasonable price $$. It ain’t cheap! But if you really want it to turn out great, save up and commit!
Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?
A: My phone, mac, rode mic, and my interface!
Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?
A: I worked in personal injury law before I got signed to my first publishing deal. But I’ve spent years writing songs and putting it out before the label found me!
Q: How would you describe your style?
A: My style is definitely a mixture of everything. My job calls for many different styles of vocals so I wouldn’t be able to choose.
Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?
A: I’d love to meet and work with Rihanna one day. Actually maybe not, I’d probably just stare.
Q: Can you share one music production tip?
A: Yes, listen to your work on low volume when mixing. You can tell what instruments/vocals are standing out too much!
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: I work mostly in Kpop, both male and female records. My job is to cater to all types of leads so I’m well versed in many genres ranging from rap to ballads.
Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: My strongest skill is perfecting a song so it is seamless. Timing and pitch is very important to me.
Q: What do you bring to a song?
A: I can bring movement and power to a song with my vocal production. It’s amazing how much your song can improve with vocal production that is just as creative as the song itself.
Q: What's your typical work process?
A: I can finish (leads and vocal produce) an entire song in 3 hours.
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: I have a Rode mic, an Apollo interface, and a mac that can do wonders.
Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?
A: Sia and Rihanna inspire me, and so does Ariana Grande and Miley Cyrus. I love listening to experimental sounds but also love listening to pure pop as well.
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: I mostly work on KPOP, rap, pop, and r&b. I can demo vocas, write lyrics and toplines, and vocal produce.
