Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?
A: MacBook Pro, Ableton Live Suite, Mic with pop filter and... my cat! She is specifically my muse π
Q: Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?
A: I'm very proud of my own artist release made in a collaboration with Paramount Recording Studios - a single called "Nights Are Cold" which you can find on Spotify https://spoti.fi/2KITZFu. It's a body of work that enabled me to work with great musicians and producers. It was a fun time! π
Q: Is there anyone on SoundBetter you know and would recommend to your clients?
A: Yes, as a mixing&mastering engineer I would recommend Fred Miller. He creates great arrangements as well!
Q: Analog or digital and why?
A: Digital! Comon`, it is XXI century!
Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?
A: I'm honest. If I don't like the project, I would not work on it.
Q: What do you like most about your job?
A: I speak every day with a bunch of creative people. And it inspires me to work more!
Q: What's the biggest misconception about what you do?
A: "You can't live from that..." - Yes, I do! =)
Q: What questions do you ask prospective clients?
A: What is the song about? Every project has a main idea, emotion, mood, that connects us as people and I try to get to the core of that idea! If you can do it - your song will be successful. Just try to describe it in one sentence. Not generic. Very specific.
Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A: Be honest. Embrace your ambitions - they are not bad! You want your song hits the charts - you should tell it, don't be shy. But work hard. And remember - good work costs good money. You're investing in your future.
Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?
A: ...for whole life! seriously π

A: soft dreamy vocals with a variety of different emotions in it.
