Adam Pardey on SoundBetter

My goal is to make music that captures you to the point that you distinctly remember the first time hearing it. I'm a songwriter, producer and instrumentalist with over 15 years of experience. My songs, productions and mixes have gotten played across radio stations including BBC Radio1 and BBC 6 Music where they've also been playlisted.

I specialise in re-imagining songs through production, priding myself in finding different and surprising ways to dress up a song in order to best serve it. I primarily play guitar but have been writing and recording bass and drums for the past 15 years too. I love to explore synth textures through the guitar, trying to produce other worldly sounds that maintain a human and tactile nature through the direct contact with the strings.

I studied songwriting at Berklee College of Music and Leeds College of Music and have been releasing music with my band Caro for the last 10 years, for which I am the principle songwriter, producer, engineer and mixer, as well as performing all vocals, guitar and bass on the recordings.
