The label is led by CEO Dalixolo Dlumhlaba, professionally known as Sankwest, whose vision is to create a forward-thinking music company that empowers creatives and opens doors for new voices. Operations and artist development are managed by Neo Khobi Malgas, widely known as Harrison RSA, who also serves as Head of A&R. With a deep understanding of sound and culture, he oversees talent scouting, project development, and the creative direction that shapes the label’s identity.
