Floridor on SoundBetter

Creator of the experimental musical universe B10L3N⸸0 - a musical concept that produces Metal and Reggae with the aim of reaching a wider audience.

Versatile bassist and guitarist with excellent technique and a background in folk music. I currently play bass in three bands: INFICTION, SINAPSIS RETÓRICA, and LYBBER—death metal, reggae, and alternative metal, respectively. I have also worked as a session drummer for the desert metal band Dead Desert. I can compose bass or guitar pieces remotely and am interested in connecting with bands looking to record or perform live and expand their reach professionally. My daily work involves management, consulting, production, and logistics, allowing me to operate with a professional and responsible approach and a strong commitment to all aspects of music.

Interview with Floridor

  1. Q: Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?

  2. A: Dead Desert- It was a band I no longer participate in, but it allowed me to develop as a drummer and understand music from a percussion perspective, which has enabled me to connect with production programs and make projects run more smoothly by understanding terms I was previously ignorant of.

  3. Q: What are you working on at the moment?

  4. A: I am currently working on three projects, which I detail below. I am developing this work as a musician, a member of the bands, and the creator of the B10L3NT0 concept. Through this project, I collaborate with Keno Valenzuela, keyboardist and producer of the Chilean band Gondwana. Together, we combine ideas to enhance compositions and develop works professionally using high-quality technology. I am involved in all stages of pre-production, production, and post-production. Our themes address environmental, social, emotional, and philosophical issues, primarily aiming to deliver messages related to human well-being. 1.- VIAJE ESPECIAL - a 9-song album by the Reggae Rock band SINAPSIS RETÓRICA, where I primarily serve as bassist and executive producer. The single DESPROGRAMACIÓN will be released in December, and the full album will be released in April 2026. 2.- TROPIKAL DARK by the Death Metal band INFICTION - As composer of some guitar lines, bassist, lead vocalist on one song, and backing vocalist on two songs. This is a musical and literary work, the first part of which will be released in 2026. The work already has three songs available on streaming platforms and features a short story accompanying each song, designed to be read during its duration. This work aims for cult status, and its physical copies are handwritten on black paper with colored ink, then bound with recycled materials—all work done by the band. 3.- LYBBER - where I work as a manager and bassist. This band presents a live performance featuring masks, addressing sensitive themes of the human mind, and will be releasing their first album in 2026.
