Mathias is my first choice percussionist, always! I have played with Mathias for over 15 years, in a variety of bands - from a trio, to orchestral settings. Mathias has always been an inspiration to play with! Highly recommend.
Mathias Kunzli is somehow always able to make music feel good, and he will do it in a way that you were not expecting. In working with Mathias for over ten years, I've found I can always count on his taste and his creativity to enhance the music. Incredible musician. Very high recommendations!
One of the most inventive and stunningly brilliant drummers I've ever met -- always a burst of energy on stage and in the studio!
You won't find a more imaginative arsenal of sounds or a better vibe. Mathias can do it all from the softest textures to the most driving beats with incredible feel and finesse.
Mathias is one of the best drummers/percussionists I know, hands down. I always walk away from listening to him feeling energized, inspired and excited about music. This guy is pure magic!
