My name is Asaf Shay
I'm a Sound Engineer based in Tel Aviv, Israel.
My love for music brought me to study Sound Engineering which I graduated in 2009.
Over the years I've gained a lot of experience
in different fields such as: Recording, Mixing, Mastering ,Production and Live Sound.
In 2016 I joined Raw Tapes Records as partner.
Raw Tapes is a record label founded in Tel Aviv in 2008, and has grown from being the home of the local beat scene to a meeting point of Producers, Jazz Artists, Vocalists and Rappers, keeping itself on the cutting edge, yet always remaining soulful.
In 2018, with 2 friends, we founded Halal Studio.
During my career I participated and still participate in big live performances in
Israel and around the world.
