A: Digital for mobility and convenience.

A: That it's easy. In reality, some of the sessions I mix have over 100 tracks in them.

A: Have your files in order. It allows your mixer to spend more time being creative with your mix than trying to spend time making sure the session is in order.

A: 1. Listen to the rough mix provided by client to get the vibe and direction. 2. Review any notes / wants client has provided . 3. Begin mix.
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: Mixes are done via Pro Tools using a variety of hardware emulation plug-ins. I'm a big fan of the Waves bundles and SSL suite.
