3Beats Studio is a professional mixing, mastering, production and creative hub for artists and record labels worldwide. We specialised on online mixing and mastering of various genres; Hip Hop, Dance and House music are our strength. As a recording studio, we offer on site vocal recording and guitar recording as well.

3BEATS studio is a state-of-the-art recording and creative hub located in the heart of Genova, Italy.

Founded in 2024 by Andrea ( mixing/mastering engineer & music producer ) and Francesca
( manager auditor for one of the Big Four accounting firms) and officially opening its doors in 2025, the
studio is dedicated to delivering high quality standards to artists and labels worldwide.

We specialise, with our team, in online services including mixing, mastering, music production, graphic
design and music promotion, ensuring industry-standard quality for every project.

Our facility boasts two fully equipped recording studios and a dedicated writing room, all thoughtfully
designed to inspire creativity and elevate your artistic process.

We mostly focus on all urban genres and dance music, going from trap to chill house and pop records.

Our studios are built, designed and acoustically treated by professional sound architects and engineers to achieve Standard ITU/EBU - DOLBY/THX parameters.

Interview with 3Beats Studio

Q: Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?
A: We are proud of various projects, but the studio is still fairly new. A few projects I am prod of that happened before the opening of the studio are: - Alfie Templeman - Broken (Rezidential Remix) because the quality of the song is extremely high and the result was incredible. - Maxsta - Outside because the artist is a great recording artist with high energy and dedication. - Masove - Believe because the song has a very high energy and it performed extremely well, reching over 100 million streams.
Q: What are you working on at the moment?
A: We have a few sessions opens with rappers, a few mixes and masters with a well known dutch label and a few external projects.

A: Yes, Andrea Piombo and Willy Music
Q: Analog or digital and why?
A: Hybrid. Mostly digital because it's faster, easier and cleaner. But running the mix through the SSL gives it a feel that digital can not replicate.
Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?
A: That we do our best to provide the best result possible to their project.
Q: What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A: How long we take to complete the job: 3-4 days max Can we make edits: yes we can do a few revisions
Q: What's the biggest misconception about what you do?
A: That it is not a real job. Often non-music industry people do not understand that music is a job. mixing and mastering wise, often artists think that the mix or the master can save a bad production, but unfortunately it is not always true. Or that a master can save a bad mix. It all starts from the recording / production.
Q: What questions do you ask prospective clients?
A: What's their short term plan, long term plan, and what they expect from us.
Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A: Connect first, explain the vision and the project and then start to work. Make sure that the provider can see what the vision is.
Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?
A: MacBook pro, Ollo audio headphones, Akai MPK Mini, Hard disk and my iphone.
Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?
A: The studio has opened its doors in July 2025. The owners started their journey in 2012, so over 10 years ago.
Q: How would you describe your style?
A: Technical
Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?
A: We would love to work with Eminem, Stormzy and Guè because they all provide increbile energy and quality to their work.
Q: Can you share one music production tip?
A: Don't over use your plugins.
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: Mainly Hip Hop / Trap and House, including chill house, dance and techno.
Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: We are professionals, so our best skill is understanding what the clients request.
Q: What do you bring to a song?
A: We try to give life to projects. We follow the artists vision, adding what we think can improve the project.
Q: What's your typical work process?
A: We do mainly 3 type of works: mixing, mastering and music production. Depending on the clients and the booking of the rooms we develop the day accordingly.
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: We have 2 main rooms and one smaller. The 2 main rooms are fully equipped with Focals monitors ( Trio 11be and Twin 6Be), Apollo x8 GEN 2 interfaces, Heritage Ram monitor controller, ILoud monitors, Arturia keyboard, Neumann 103 and 102 microphones, Sphere dlx microphone, PRS electric guitar, Martin acoustic guitar, Ibanez bass.
Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?
A: We get inspired by the historical studios like the Miloco and Metropolis studios. As professionals, we truly like Joycen Joshua, Luca Pretolesi and producers like Scott Storch, Rick Rubin.

A: We mainly ocus on mixing, mastering and music production.
