Hello! I'm Santi and I live in Madrid, in the Lavapies neighborhood, where one of the largest flamenco academies in all of Spain is located.
I've spent more than twenty years playing for dance there, successfully combining flamenco guitar with electronic music synthesizers, which is also part of the musical history of my city.
I've spent more than seven years playing live concerts where I explained, taking a virtual tour of the different cities of Andalusia, the historical legacy of the music of the Iberian Peninsula.
Thanks to this, I've been able to understand flamenco styles and thus be able to combine them with other types of music, understanding the variety of cultures that encompass it, and understanding its versatility.
