I create unique music blending Moroccan soul, cinematic depth, and modern beats. Let’s bring your project to life with emotion and sound.
I’m A-min, a Moroccan composer, music producer, and mixing engineer. After more than a decade working in back-office roles in the banking sector, I left that world in 2024 to fully commit to my true passion: music.
I was born in El Jadida, raised in Casablanca, and recently returned to El Jadida, a place that continues to inspire my creative journey. My roots trace back to Fez, and my sound reflects a deep connection to Moroccan culture fused with global influences.
I specialize in blending traditional Moroccan melodies with modern genres like hip-hop, trap, cinematic, and spiritual music. I compose original instrumentals, produce custom beats, and provide professional mixing and mastering for artists and creators who want music that feels genuine and impactful.
Whether you're a rapper in need of an expressive beat, a filmmaker seeking a unique soundtrack, or an artist looking to stand out, I offer creative, detail-oriented production tailored to your vision.
Let’s work together and craft music that tells a story, yours.

Interview with A-MIN
Q: Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?
A: "EP CHAOS" is one of my latest personal projects. I produced, composed, mixed, and wrote the lyrics. It reflects my journey, combining melancholy with hope, a perfect mirror of A-min’s sound.
Q: What are you working on at the moment?
A: My next EP, "Chaos," plus custom scores for indie filmmakers and exclusive beats for urban artists.
Q: Is there anyone on SoundBetter you know and would recommend to your clients?
A: Not personally yet, but I’m open to collaborations with talented professionals on the platform.
Q: Analog or digital and why?
A: Digital, for flexibility and access to a world of sounds, especially in a home studio environment.
Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?
A: Your project will sound authentic, professional, and true to your vision.
Q: What do you like most about your job?
A: The freedom to create emotions that connect with people, sometimes without a single word.
Q: What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A: "Can you make me sound unique?" Yes—because I don't copy formulas. I build original, heartfelt productions.
Q: What's the biggest misconception about what you do?
A: That music production is just putting loops together. It's deep storytelling through sound.
Q: What questions do you ask prospective clients?
A: I ask about their artistic vision, references they love, and what message or emotion they want to convey.
Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A: Look for someone who feels your project, not just executes it. Art needs connection.
Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?
A: Laptop with LOGIC PRO X, MIDI keyboard, headphones, SSD drive with my VSTs, and a solar power bank!
Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?
A: I worked for over 10 years in banking while building my musical path. In 2024, I left my corporate job to fully embrace music, which I've pursued since childhood.
Q: How would you describe your style?
A: A-min is cinematic, emotional, and rooted in Moroccan soul with modern textures.
Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?
A: I’d love to work with Stromae. His emotional depth and fusion of styles perfectly match my approach.
Q: Can you share one music production tip?
A: Start with a clear feeling or story before touching a note. Emotion first—tools second.
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: Trap, hip-hop, spiritual, classical fusion, film scores, and Moroccan/Oriental-inspired genres.
Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: Versatility. I can adapt to different genres while maintaining a signature style that blends Moroccan roots with modern energy.
Q: What do you bring to a song?
A: Emotion, identity, and clarity. I bring a deep cultural touch and cinematic feeling, even in urban genres. I strive for every element to serve the message.
Q: What's your typical work process?
A: I start by understanding the artist’s vision. I then create a fitting composition or beat, layer the emotion, and move to mixing/mastering with attention to detail. I involve clients in every step.
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: My home studio is fully equipped for professional production. I use a powerful PC, FL Studio as my main DAW, paired with top VSTs like Kontakt, Omnisphere, and iZotope tools for mixing and mastering.
Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?
A: I'm inspired by Beethoven and other revolutionary legends who shaped the history of music through emotion and innovation. I also admire Ramin Djwadi for his cinematic storytelling and Metro Boomin for his modern production mastery.
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: mix & master tracks, and compose cinematic or emotional pieces tailored to each artist's vision. Whether it’s trap, hip-hop, or film scoring, I help translate emotions into sound.
