I worked with Patty on Mr CC Rock Project and I can say she’s a highly talented professional. She participated in all the backing vocals, enhancing the sound quality. I hope to record with her again in the Future.

Interview with Patty Noa
Q: Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?
A: FORTVNA and Screams On Sunday. Both were my bands and I truly got to do amazing things while the projects were active. Most of the stuff I learned from the music industry was during this period (it's easy when you go from zero to anything anyways hahaha)
Q: What are you working on at the moment?
A: My own original music project :)
Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?
A: I will always treat every single project as my own project! That means I will work really hard to convey your vision as best as possible and in the most interesting and creative way.
Q: What do you like most about your job?
A: Being able to express my experiences and emotions in a creative way.
Q: What's the biggest misconception about what you do?
A: I draw a lot of influences from different artists, but I never mean to sound like any of them. I have my own voice. If you want someone else's voice, just hire them.
Q: What questions do you ask prospective clients?
A: For me the most important question is: what's your vision? What do you expect from me and my work? Any special requests?
Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A: The most important thing is having a vision: ask yourself what you truly want, what is it that you want to convey. That will be important when someone translates that vision into something tangible. Also, please, don't be that kind of person who finishes a project and comes back six months later to ask for changes.
Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?
A: An acoustic guitar, some picks and that's that. I already have my own voice and the sounds of nature already make beautiful music :)
Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?
A: If things always worked as planned, life would be too easy xD I always knew I wanted to sing, but, you see, creativity has always been an integral part of who I am, and I also loved drawing and designing, so when I finished High school I decided to study a Degree in Design. My first music band had been founded a couple of years prior, so my plan was to combine both: study design and follow my music career. That's what I did until 2023. That's when I decided that I needed to quit my design job to focus solely on my music career path (and my mental health). Thanks to the support of my boyfriend and family I've been focusing on my music career and mental health since then :)
Q: Analog or digital and why?
A: Both! Though as an amateur music producer most of the stuff I'm learning and have access to is digital, but I believe in the beauty of analog.
Q: How would you describe your style?
A: A blending of musical influences with roots in Alt Rock.
Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?
A: Just one? that's impossible hahah My Chemical Romance, All Time Low, Paramore, Bring Me The Horizon, ADO, YONAKA, Nothing But Thieves...
Q: Can you share one music production tip?
A: Don't fear experimenting or weirdness!
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: Alt Rock is my go-to genre, but I also love working on Pop music and EDM.
Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: My versatility. Though sometimes it can be a pain in the ass because I might get lost in all the possibilities, I love playing around, blending genres and experimenting.
Q: What do you bring to a song?
A: I bring energy, sensitivity, a story to tell. I want the song to have its own voice, and I'm here to serve her.
Q: What's your typical work process?
A: As a songwriter, I keep small recordings of song ideas on my phone. When I want to start a new song I generally refer to one of these primal ideas to keep developing them, unless I want to work around a new idea, say, a concept. I like starting acoustic because I've found out it allows me to get more creative with chords, structures, etc. Generally, I write the vocal melody alongside the instrumentals. Once I'm happy with the main structure and vocal melody I jump to the computer and start recording the different instruments. Here, these new additions, might inspire me to change the structure or specific parts. I have loads of fun here. Once the final final final structure is decided and all instrumentals are recorded, I work on the lyrics. I generally like to work on the lyrics once everything else is set so that structure is clearer, but lately I've been playing around writing lyrics first and writing music to fit the lyrics.
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: I have a small home studio with an AT 2020 Cardioid Condenser Mic, a micscreen, a Rycote Invision studio Kit. All this I connect through the Scarlett 2i2 to Logic Pro X. I also have other mics like the SM58, SM57 and the SEV7.
Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?
A: I am absorbed by the fiery energy of Alt Rock, but above all, I'm a music lover. I'm one of those people who would say: "I listen to absolutely everything", and I absolutely mean it! From Rock to Pop, EDM, Jazz, Blues, Afro, Country, World Music... I love discovering ne genres and subgenres and getting inspired by the beauty of music.
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: I've worked for quite some time on my personal band projects doing the singing and the songwriting. When I've worked with other artists and producers I've generally lent my voice and done the writing for the top-line melodies, harmonies and lyrics.
