Hello! I’m Horacio Montesano, a seasoned musician with extensive experience playing, recording, and arranging alongside some of Argentina’s most celebrated artists. My work spans diverse genres, including rock, blues, pop, funk, tango, tango fusion, and jazz fusion. For many years, I collaborated with Alejandro Lerner, performing at iconic venues like Miami’s top stages and The House of Blues in L.A., where we featured Carole King as a guest artist.
Currently, I’m a key member of the “Tango Loco Quintet,” a group that blends the works of Astor Piazzolla and other tango legends with The Beatles, Beethoven, Charly García, Luis Alberto Spinetta, and more. With the quintet, I’ve toured internationally, including Finland and Japan. I also lead my own project, “HDM Fusion,” a four-piece instrumental band pushing the boundaries of fusion music.
