My name is Daniel Abanico. I am an audio engineer who graduated from SAE Germany in Audio Production. I am also beating the drums in SCARGOT.

    Nice drummer and a nice audio engineer together. His working style is very subtle and accurate. Maybe sometimes a little bit too strict :P The most important point why I like his mix is he knows how to sound the drum on a mix which I think is more than important because all musics are concerned with beats. Very recommendable!!

Both. Analog can be great but also more time consuming.

I'm in SCARGOT since '09 and graduated in '14.
Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?
It has to be my bands EP Freak of Nature because it was such a great experience to watch it grow. Engineer and drums.
How would you describe your style?
Simple, accommodating and modern.
Which artist would you like to work with and why?
Other than you? I guess i'd like to work with MUCC.
Can you share one music production tip?
A good recording goes a long way. Less is more!

Metal, Rock
What's your strongest skill?
Being able to listen to someone.
What do you bring to a song?
When mixing i try to work out the songs natural (but modern) sound. When drumming i like to play for the audience and the song and not for someones ego.
What's your typical work process?
I usually send a test edit first and ask for further feedback before finishing the product.

Nothing too fancy but effective and mobile!
