Hi I'm Vivienne! I am a versatile vocalist with a unique voice, bringing over two decades of experience in Jazz, Pop, Singer-songwriter, and Classical music to my recordings and performances. I fully immerse myself in each genre, capturing its nuances—a quality that sets me apart. For me, the voice must resonate with the soul of each melody.
As a faculty member at Berklee College of Music, I am deeply engaged in musical exploration. Improvisation, experimental music, and soundscapes are at the heart of my creative process. I’ve created art installations for museums, collaborated with visual artists, and produced projects that push the boundaries of sound and storytelling. My latest album, featuring original compositions performed by 100 female musicians, even included a bar of chocolate.
I can work with scores or lead sheets, and my background in choir directing and arranging for vocal ensembles, bands, and orchestras makes harmonizing and creating counterpoint melodies second nature. With a professional studio setup featuring a Neumann microphone, I can deliver high-quality recordings, often within 48 hours.
