My style is generally folk/pop, alternative pop. And I'm especially good at corporate stories into the song. My voice might be soft but I can definitely instil emotion to your track :)

Interview with Olga Chung

Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?
A: I have been doing this for a couple of years. I started out writing in my uni and performing in live gigs in local places such as bars and shopping mall events. Then I began to explore music production. There were a lot of trials and errors. And now here I am.
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: My comfort zone is folk and soft pop music. But recently I begin to explore electric sounds.
Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: My strongest skill would be my vocal ability. I'm a mezzo soprano and I'm told that I have an unique voice quality that runs between soft and strong.
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: I work in home studio with simple but efficient setup. Basically a computer and the audio interface. I own quite a number of instruments. I work mostly with guitar and keyboard, and sometimes ukulele and banjo.
Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?
A: Sara Bareilles is my inspiration. The way she put stories into songs is mesmerising. I want to be like her, to be able to write such music.
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: I do a lot of vocal tracks. Most of the time I sing upon request. I write music and lyrics a lot too.
