I have been self-producing music since I was 9 years old. I am known for hyper-complex, off-the-wall, and counterintuitive creative visions.
I have released 10 full length albums/EPs, several singles, and been featured on 50 compilations (under different monikers)
In 2021, I was made an award winning piece of sound art for Black Mountain College’s historical legacy.
Featured on: Album of The Year, Black Mountain College's Podcast, Typescript Magazine, Ranger Magazine, BBC,103.3 Asheville FM, and Ghost Nun Records
I can hear a song—individually deconstruct all the sounds, mentally visualize the multi-tracking/how it's layered, identify all the production choices, memorize the song structure, and create songs that imitate the exact style.
I can use spectral enhancement tools to create sonically stunning, immersive, and bold sound design/ambience.
I can do sound effects, jingles, instrumentals compositions of media, etc.
List of Subgenres I've Worked With Recently: Cinematic composition, synthwave, musique concrète, EDM, pop rock, novelty, sound art, space rock, lo-fi hip hop, slowcore, atonal music, dark ambient, corporate stock music, contemporary classical, chamber music, minimalism, noise rock, electro-swing, jazz fusion, singer songwriter, noise rock, big band, avant pop, psychedelic rock, dance pop, hyperpop, industrial metal, IDM, and many others.

There is no way this is actually Zazie Productions. I can’t believe I found him on a random list. Been a huge fan for 3 years (If this is the real you I swear 💀) you legit inspired me to make music fr
YES, OMG. IT’S PERFECT. EEEEEEEE. LEGIT SAVED MY ALBUM, THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!
music was good. As a serious Christian, i still can’t support an artist who is listens to secular music.
eh, 3 stars. Guy is too chill, playful,& ‘fun’ He needs to be more cutthroat& competitive. I want someone who is dominant, strict, formal, and professional.
it’s an experience to work with Zazie Productions, their work is fantastic to say the least. the only downside is the fact they’re too talented for their own good and so it can often be an overwhelming experience trying to “keep up” with them making collaboration a bit difficult. loved what we came up with tho :)
What can I say? What can I say? What can I POSSIBLY say? "As a seasoned and experienced producer, having had the privilege of working with the likes of David Bowie and U2's The Edge, I can confidently assert that Zazie Productions' musical and performance output exudes nothing short of excellence. With their adeptness in composition, production, and performance, Zazie masterfully balances creativity with technical proficiency, creating a soundscape that resonates with both artistic depth and captivating finesse.
Dude, you got some serious range! I hired you to produce an EDM track for my gaming channel, and you knocked it out of the park. Then I needed a jazz piece for a corporate event, and bam! You delivered. And let's not forget that one time I needed a hip-hop beat in just four hours - you came through in record time. Thanks for being my go-to music producer. Keep bringing the heat, brother!
This guy is absolutely amazing at what he does! I hired him to create a custom horror soundtrack for my short film and I was blown away by his work. He worked quickly and efficiently, and the final product exceeded my expectations. His attention to detail and ability to bring my vision to life was truly breathtaking. I highly recommend Zazie Productions to anyone looking for high-quality and unique music and audio production services! Thanks for bringing my film to life, man!
Interview with Zazie Productions
Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: When I make my own music, I can instantly visualize a 3-dimensional, full HD+ 1260x1444 resolution, panoramic, stereoscopic, multi-instrumental score in my mind, complete down to the exact last detail—every pitch, note, timbre, instrument, duration, rhythm, articulation, register, dynamic, tone, volume, and emotion, are all visualized in the most vivid detail.
Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?
A: Brian Eno, Frank Zappa, Laurie Anderson, Kevin Ayers, Syd Barrett, Kevin Shields, Boredoms, Moondog, Iannis Xenakis, Terry Riley, Danny Elfman, Henry Cow, La Monte Young, Brian Wilson, Spirtualized, Velvet Underground, John Cage, and NEU!
Q: What questions do you ask prospective clients?
A: When engaging with a prospective client, I believe it’s crucial to initiate discussions with open-ended questions to gain a thorough understanding of their project requirements, scope, creative vision, and desired outcomes. Specific inquiries may include inquiring about the project's timeline, desired musical style, target audience, and any specific influences or references they wish to incorporate. Additionally, I might inquire about the project's budget, technical specifications, and any specific deliverables they require, such as WAV files, scores, or custom sound effects. I can imitate any genre or style with precision. The more info they give me, the more I can fine-tune it.
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: A wall-mounted display case showcases an eclectic collection of sonic curios: a glass harmonica rescued from a shipwreck, its crystalline tones preserved in digital samples; a set of Tibetan tingsha cymbals, their high-pitched chimes captured and manipulated into haunting reverberations; and a collection of early 20th-century wax cylinder recordings, their fragile surfaces meticulously digitized and integrated into my auditory palette A sprawling modular synthesizer setup dominates one corner, its tangled patch cables resembling the neural pathways of my restless mind. At the center of the room, a massive workbench overflows with components and tools—oscilloscopes, soldering irons, and a menagerie of screwdrivers, each one customized with ergonomic handles molded from beeswax.
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: The most frequently recurring services I provide include the composition of original soundtracks for video games, custom ambience/sound design, background music for documentaries, meticulously mixing and mastering audio files to maximize sonic fidelity, fine-tuning and editing audio to achieve the desired aesthetic and emotional impact, crafting memorable and catchy jingles and advertisements, etc.
