Chelsea is amazing. Full stop. The work she did for me included a scored component and an improv component, and her tone/timing and execution of both sections were impeccable. She gave me two great options to choose from for the improv section, which were each unique and fitting for the piece. I definitely recommend Chelsea and will use her again when I need cello.

Chelsea is capable of producing so many different kinds of sounds professionally from her cello. Our band is more of a dark hip hop futuristic kind of style and just from hearing the demo, she was able to catch the vibe perfectly. The sounds were not typical of a cello. In fact, before this, I had never heard a cello make sounds like this. Whether you're looking for something typical of the cello or something super abstract and full of character, Chelsea can achieve this with ease.

No need to look any further. If you're in need of cello overdubs from a reputable and well-rounded musician, Chelsea should really be your choice. She can read notation, improvise, play expressively. And, she uses high-quality preamps and microphones on top of it all! She treats each project like an artist, not a "process". Exceptional work!
