Freelance composer/percussionist/pianist/audio editor based in Berlin, Germany, specialised in soundtrack composition and dialogue audio editing.
I'm a freelance composer/percussionist/pianist/audio editor based in Berlin, Germany. Graduated from Victoria University of Wellington with Bachelor of Music in Instrumental composition and Classical percussion performance in 2008, I have an extensive range of professional experience in my field, including creating soundtracks for visual media and performing music professionally with orchestras and ensembles in concert situations.
With audio editing I can edit complex dialogues both in English and Japanese, taking out mistakes and unwanted noises, and put it through compression, EQ and normalisation processes.
Composition-wise my strength is in mixing the traditional classical orchestral instrument sound with electronic elements using DAW and various other devices.
I have worked with following artists and clients:
Iggy Pop, Shackleton, John Psathas, New Zealand Symphony Orchestra, The State Hermitage Orchestra, Strike Percussion, Orchestra Wellington and Uplearn.
