I've been playing trumpet professionally in NYC for 30 years, performing and recording on trumpet, flugelhorn, cornet, alto horn (similar to French horn), trombone, and tuba with the likes of Bruce Springsteen, Debbie Harry/Clem Burke (Blondie), Billie Joe Armstrong (Green Day), Lucinda Williams, Eugene Hutz (Gogol Bordello), and many others. I have a full recording studio with the best microphones for the job. I also play a unique trumpet called the Firebird, which has a trombone slide in addition to trumpet valves, allowing a hybrid trumpet/trombone sound.
