  1. Q: Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?

  2. A: Andrea Martinez - Drama (Album). It was an album that I had the opportunity to produce, record, mix and master. I had the control to the whole proccess and the result was amazing, It has tons of good reviews, I'm really proud of that album.

  8. A: Analog for recording and digital for mixing, I prefer the flexibility that digital enviroments provides you, nowadays plugins sounds awesome, there is no excuses for making music sound professional.

  9. Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?

  10. A: Your song will sound amazing, I will take it to the next level.

  12. A: I love music, and the fact that I can print my emotions and perspective to the song is amazing, I really just have to make the song sound the way I would like to hear it and the people love it.

  14. A: How much time does it take you to mix a song? Usually I takes me 2 days to send the file

  15. Q: What's the biggest misconception about what you do?

  16. A: I'm not tunning vocals, editing audio, timming or producing the song.

  18. A: Are you happy with the production you already have? Do you want to change sounds you already chose for the song?

  19. Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

  20. A: Have a rough mix or a reference track ready. Name you tracks. Print your effects.

  21. Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?

  23. Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?

  24. A: I studied audio engineering, then started to work in music for some friends, and it landed me to work with some amazing artists and clients, many genres and thousands of songs.

  26. A: Disciplined, easy to talk, confident, passionate.

  27. Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?

  28. A: Ariana Grande, I like her voice and the production around her is always perfect.

  29. Q: Can you share one music production tip?

  30. A: Don't over-produce your song, If you start adding sounds and layers just for the sake of doing it, you will get a messy song without clarity. Spend some time choosing the right sounds and then move on.

  31. Q: What type of music do you usually work on?

  32. A: Pop, latin, R&B, urban, Reggaeton, trap.

  33. Q: What's your strongest skill?

  34. A: I'm a mixing engineer specialized in pop/commercial music

  36. A: Clarity, punch, excitement, clear vocals, beautiful fxs, I make your song sound legit.

  37. Q: What's your typical work process?

  38. A: I recieve the tracks, import them into my mixing template. I hear the song, import the rough mix or listen to the refence track. Then I do my craft, put all my knowledge and love to every project I work on.

  39. Q: Tell us about your studio setup.

  40. A: I use Pro Tools, Apogee Symphony AD/DA Converters, Genelecs, Yamaha NS10s, 1176s, DBX 160, SSL bus comp, UAD and tons of top end plugins.

  43. Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.

  44. A: I'm a full time mixer. Expert in my craft. I also do mastering for a lot of clients.
