Leyes Mauro, is an Argentine musician, born in the city of Paraná, he began studying classical guitar at a young age at the “Constancio Carminio” school of music, dance and theater, going through the middle and higher levels taught by maestro Eduardo Isaac.
He is currently pursuing a recent degree in Popular Music from the National University of the Litoral.
After a few years he dedicated himself to the intensive study of popular music from Latin America, studying with various teachers from Argentina and abroad such as: Guastavino Mauricio (Argentina), Gian Correa (Brazil), Ernesto Hermosa (Peru), Matías Arriazu (Argentina ) and Quique Sinesi (Argentina) among others.
He currently works as a mandolinist in “Murmurando Trio”, a group that recreates the typical rodas de choro in Brazil.
Guitarist in the “Carlos Aguirre Quintet” where they perform original works by Carlos “Negro” Aguirre
In his teaching work, he works as a director of the children's and youth ensemble of the “San Agustín” neighborhood in the city of Paraná
