Hello dear fellow music enthusiast. Well, to get into this straight away, I won't beat around the bush. It was due to live circumstances we have all endured that got me into mixing and mastering after being a life time guitarist, songwriter and producer of musical ideas for which I started to learn to play the drums as well, a few years ago. I play various instruments but my main instrument is guitar. I have lots of recording experience. This brings me to the point where I think that it is important to know why I have written the above text. I truly believe that having shifted from musician to mixing & mastering engineer gives a huge advantage to interpret what your song means and what to add in order to have you as a satisfied customer. How can I give it life? How can I make it shine or maybe make it aggressive if desired? That can all be achieved due to my experience as a musician in various music styles. Having finished my studies of over more than 1000 hours in various manners should put you in that confident place to at least hear what I have got to say about your music. About mastering, well, I will be honest. I do not see myself as a fulfilled mastering engineer as the ones that invested 1000's and 1000's to get the job done. But surely, I will add more than you could expect for what you pay. But MIXING is what I focus on right now and mastering comes naturally with it.
