Born in Los Angeles, California, Reggie acknowledged his desire to be a musician at a young age. He began playing drums at age 3, and continued studying percussion throughout his educational career. He attended Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri majoring in music performance. Reggie has had the opportunity to study with a diverse group of percussionist to include, William Buba Bryant, Craig Williams, Marchom, and Phillip Wilson. He enjoys playing all types of music and his versatility allows him to adapt to any situation, making him a true musical chameleon. Throughout his musical career, Reggie has played with various bands and musicians including Oliver Lake, Bateke Bateke, Albert King, LeeRitenour, David Sanborn, The Four Tops, Ras Midas, Lil’ Milton, Cock Robin, and Brian Tarquin. Through many hours of practice and a lifetime of dedication, he developed a style that was recognized by national percussion companies. His incredible ability and personality was sought out and endorsed by Saluda Cymbals, Ayotte Drums, Ayotte Drum Sticks and Attack Drum Heads.

Q: Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?
A: I’m proud of all my projects. My role was to make sure I did my job to the best of my ability.
Q: What are you working on at the moment?
A: I’m working on a video for an album I completed earlier this year.

A: No preference I love them both.
Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?
A: My promise to the client is to always be professional attentive, accurate, and have the project completed in a timely matter.
Q: What do you like most about your job?
A: Making the music sound good.
Q: What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A: Will the track sound good and will I get it back in a timely manner. My answer is always yes and yes.
Q: What's the biggest misconception about what you do?
A: I am a mind reader

A: What style of music is the track? What is the turnaround date? Any specific way you would like to Drums Recorded?
Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A: Always communicate to the provider exactly what you want and the time you want it in.
Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?
A: I would take a drum kit, a metronome, drum sticks, proTools, and a computer.
Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?
A: My career path was to make music my profession which I have done successfully. I’ve been playing for over 40 years.

A: I don’t have one style. You can say I’m a chameleon.
Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?
A: I would love to work with John Mayer. I love his passion.

A: Less is more first rule of thumb

A: I work on various types of music.

A: My strongest work skill is listening and applying what I’ve learned.

A: I bring a lot of experience and a very deep groove to the song.
