My name is Loya, I'm a singer & top-liner & music producer.

Growing up in a tiny house with six siblings, I had to learn to sing really quietly. Hearing my whispery singing on recordings made me notice every little detail in my voice, each breath and whisper became meaningful and special to me.
unintentionally, it shaped my music and the way I sing. It created a more intimate space of writing and performing, which seems to add a layer of emotion to every track. The way I had to sing close to the mic, keeping my voice as low as I can, turned into a style that felt truly mine, and connected to my personal story.
