Q: What are you working on at the moment?
A: Dolby Atmos mixes
Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?
A: Passionate and motivated ones. I can make anybody sound good but... they have to want it and work for it.
Q: Can you share one music production tip?
A: Hard work always beats talent that doesn't work hard. It's not only the tools, it's how you use them.
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: Pop, rock, choral, acoustic instruments (violin, sax, etc.).
Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: Immersive audio. Understanding and getting the right vocal and instruments ambience in post production.
Q: What do you bring to a song?
A: Astonishing immersive sound and feel of music. Beauty of good sounding vocals and instruments, dynamics.
Q: What's your typical work process?
A: Import song stems into DAW, mix properly, add ambiance (if needed). Add panning and movement. Mix and master into ADM Dolby Atmos immersive format.

A: Dolby Atmos mixing and mastering.

A: Start analog, tubes are the best. Follow up digital.
Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?
A: I call it how I see it. Life is too short to compromise just for profits.
Q: What do you like most about your job?
A: All of it. Because is not a job, it's a pleasure.
Q: What's the biggest misconception about what you do?
A: People not realizing how personal music is for me. Money is vital but not the most important.
Q: What questions do you ask prospective clients?
A: What's you end goal, where are you on that path and how motivated are you?
Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?
A: An acoustic guitar would keep me sane. My workflow is project oriented, I would first figure out what I want to achieve and then find a way.
Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?
A: I'm one of the lucky ones, living my dream of doing music, learned it all the hard way by myself in the last 35 years.
