I have perfect pitch and I am an excellent sight reader with several years of professional training and experience in vocal performance and education. I have done both live and recorded performances as both a soloist and ensemble member; sometimes I have worked with little to no prep. I am proficient with technology and recording quality audio.
It all started in 1999 - I was five years old with a cheap Casio keyboard and a karaoke machine. Now, I have a degree in music and have been working in the field as an K-12 educator and performer for hire.
I have worked as a music director, vocal soloist, accompanist, and a chorus member in my professional experience. I work as a musician for a church and two chamber choirs called Cor Cantiamo and the St. Charles Singers.
I am primarily a vocalist. My secondary instrument is piano, and I have moderate proficiency in cello, violin, ukulele, viola, and guitar.
Being a middle school teacher has taught me to have incredible patience with most people that I have collaborated with. I am easy-going, friendly, and sometimes a little cheesy and goofy, but I deliver quality musical service.
