Interview with BAAD!
Q: Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?
A: One of the projects I worked on that I am proud of is the "Dabanne" record by "Namenj". I crafted the composition of the record from the start, together with Namenj in the studio, then collaborated remotely with a grammy nominated producer (one I looked up to starting out) to finish the record. As a result of my creativity and professionalism on that record, we have maintained connection till date and occasionally work on new records together.
Q: What are you working on at the moment?
A: I am working on two projects at the moment. First of, I am working on my Debut Album release as a Producer and DJ, and also working together with an indie label with the development of their frontline artiste "Ceezay Yung" I make beats for him to write to, we brainstorm on ideas, and I engineer records for him in-house.
Q: Is there anyone on SoundBetter you know and would recommend to your clients?
A: Not at the moment but I am looking forward to making connections and working together with highly talented music professionals.
Q: Analog or digital and why?
