Top Billboard Recording Artist/ Songwriter Liz Scott originally from Sydney Australia now lives in between NYC & LA. Liz's hits include "Angel", "One Foot" & "Sweet Love". Australian born Liz Scott's first artist/songwriter development deal was with BMG/RCA at age 13. Liz then signed with Alberts Music (Record/Publishing Label to AC/DC, Vander & Young & John Paul Young). Liz then signed as a staff writer with Rondor then Universal. Liz wrote several songs for a number of Australian artists & groups that rose to the top of the Australian charts, such as “Empty Room” released by Australian girl group called “Bardot”, featuring Sophie Monk. “Empty Room” featured heavily on a record breaking TV reality show called “Popstars” receiving double platinum status. Liz co-wrote “One Of Us Has Changed” recorded by “Aleesha Rome” that was chosen for the US TV sitcom “Party Of Five”. “One Of Us Has Changed” was at the top of the Australian charts for over 17 weeks giving Liz a prestigious APRA nomination (Australian equivalent to a Grammy nomination). Liz then signed with independent label MADE RECORDS, www.maderecords.com in New York & began residing in the USA, which led to a permanent move in 2007 to NYC. Her first US single “Angel” rose to top of US Billboard charts for 6 weeks. Her next single, “One Foot” co-written with Steve Addabbo in NYC, spent many weeks on the US Charts at #1. Her latest single “Sweet Love” also climbed high on the US Charts & is placed in a major film "Fly By Night". The next single “At The Right Time” is due for release shortly.
