Josué Abel Guzmán Cruz (nacido el 16 de junio de 1991 en Santo Domingo), conocido artísticamente como BS El Ideólogo, es un productor musical e ingeniero de mezcla dominicano.

Ha trabajado con diversos artistas y productores como Franyer Beatz, DJ Conds, Aline Souza, Hache, El Jeffrey “El Canta Lindo”, San2bal, TwoVm Para Cristo, Genique, Misael J, Ross, Brayan Booz, Rubinsky, Dstar Lc, Skarlet, Saik, Promezzy, Xavier El Artista, Jhonfer Luis, Loammy Bido, Johan Paulino, Sarah La Profeta, Ander Bock, Luigui López, Damenace, Junior Fabián, AQ The G.O.D, Da Hood, Nelly Nels, Juan Olivares “El Samurai”, entre otros.

Desde los 17 años comenzó a destacarse en la música, inspirado en productores de reguetón como Luny Tunes. En 2016, como parte del dúo TwoVm Para Cristo, lanzó el álbum Tour, que incluyó el sencillo Solo llora.

En 2018 fue nominado a los Premios Iris y a los Premios La Silla con la canción La vida en el barrio de Riva El Maestro, banda sonora de la película Voces de la Calle, la cual ganó en la categoría “Mejor Canción”. Ese mismo año ingresó al Libro Guinness de los Récords como ingeniero de grabación de El Manifiesto, con una duración de 3 horas, 26 minutos y 22 segundos, lanzada y certificada el 30 de noviembre de 2017.

Actualmente es miembro votante de los Latin Grammy y trabaja como productor e ingeniero en estéreo y Dolby Atmos. Está casado con Rayndira López, con quien fundó la empresa IdeologoArt, dedicada a la producción multimedia.

A: Always prepare before releasing music, you have to compete, and go to market with quality music, from lyrics, production to sound engineering.

A: Mixing and mastering engineering.

A: Modern and current sound to the music industry.

A: I work with Pro Tools and Logic Pro X, the range of equipment goes from Universal Audio, Focusrite, Avalon and others, Yamaha NS 10 monitoring, Avantone, and KRK.
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: Musical production, soundtrack and vocal direction, mixing and mastering of the songs.
