The only Certified Dolby Atmos Home Entertainment studio in Dubai. Home of the Firdaus Orchestra - the first all-female, Arabic ensemble. World class recording studios with the best gear and microphones, a scoring stage, live performance venue and private, cinema quality screening space.

Firdaus Studio opened it’s doors in early 2022. The studio is a collaboration between Expo 2020 Dubai and legendary composer A.R. Rahman and is a first-of-its-kind facility in the region.

Equipped with best-in-class audio equipment and in-house instruments, Firdaus Studio’s breathtaking Live Room is able to accommodate and record up to 80 musicians at once (a full Orchestra). It has been uniquely engineered and designed for multiple formats and use cases including; Cinema mode, Orchestral Recording and Live Performance Venue.

The state-of-the-art Control Room features an analog-digital hybrid workflow set-up consisting of a Neve 5088 console & Avid S6 digital control surface, and is certified for Dolby Atmos Music & Dolby Atmos HE 7.1.4 mixing.
Multiple green rooms and lounges are located within the facility providing spaces for guests to relax, prepare and re-focus.

There are four large iso-booths equipped with screens and 4k cameras, for real time monitoring, allowing for isolated, full-ensemble recording sessions. The studio also features an Auxiliary Control Room for programming, writing or small recording sessions.
