I'm Max and I am a Mastering Engineer/Producer/Mixer from the South Coast of the UK.
My specialities are House/Funk/Disco, however I have experience working on everything from playing Jazz to arranging Pop to mixing Metal.

My freelance work has seen me specialise in House/Funk/Disco, anything with a big bottom end! tunes that I have worked on have been played at underground clubs, festivals and on radio stations all across the world. I have worked with South Coast labels such as Minimo, AFJ Records, Toluca, Rainures.Highlights include BIPHONY - Look At Me Now, which peaked in the world iTunes Top 10 and won Express FM "Song Of The Year" for 2021.

I currently work at Band CDs where I am the in-house mastering engineer for physical production, working with clients such as Warner and Sony. Here I am in charge of making sure the music is put on to the chosen medium as clean and as best as possible using Tapematic Bin Loops and real-time recording decks.

Alongside this (We're all working musicians aren't we?) I work as a producer/mix engineer out of Quay West Studios in Gosport, UK. Here I work with local artists/bands to record their music, produce their hits and bring their dreams to reality using beautiful equipment such as the API 1608, Genelec 8040B, Thermonic Culture Vulture, SSL G-Bus etc.

I'm also a Guitar and Music Production teacher (Gotta get paid somehow!)
