Interview with FELICIA

Q: What do you like most about your job?
A: The power of create, of learn new things all the time. Each experiences is different from the other one, each artist is a different world that is lovely to explore and get to know.
Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?
A: I’ve been almost 20 years now in music. Singing, performing, creating, songwriting, sometimes producing and Djing. Having into account that I started writing poems, and won contest and got published on poetry books, and then I started discovering and understanding the sounds mixed with the lyrics.
Q: How would you describe your style?
A: I’d say that is very strong. It’s a mix between the raw voices of soul and the sweetness of the R&B and POP music, spicing it up with a little bit of HipHop.
Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?
A: Pretty much Rihanna, Rosalia or Bad Bunny, for the moment. I think that it’d be interesting to get into the process of look for an original sound, even if it’s thru brand-new instruments or plugins, or samples. I love that they are the kinda artist that takes the time that is needed for the creative process, they respect that, and once they get it, it’s literally a bomb.
