Q: Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?

A: This must be my latest commercial release with David Guetta "Family" Feat. Bebe Rexha, Ty Dolla $ign & A Boogie With Da Hoodie. I was the producer and co-writer. It is a very good feel track with a positive message. It was released in eight international remix versions, in which a wide variety of artists interpret the part of Bebe Rexha in their respective languages.

Q: What are you working on at the moment?

A: I am working on the sound of tomorrow.

A: I'm just getting started on soundbetter.

A: I love music and everything that comes with it. To get to know many different people from all over the world. Music is an universal language..

Q: What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A: Is it possible to make it sound like this and that? Answer : Everything is possible. We will get there...

Q: What's the biggest misconception about what you do?

A: There is no misconception i hope.

Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A: Make sure that the provider has a lot of experience and references. You should not just be impressed by photos where the producer sits in a huge studio with an huge analog console (Although his MacBook is connected only on one channel anyway)

Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?

A: This would be a MacBook, a Masterkeyboard, good Headphones, a filled fridge and a huge solar panel to make it all work!

Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?

A: I started as a drummer playing in various bands. From there i went to producing mainly trance and house music. By the year 2013 i met David Guetta and signed an exclusive agreement with him. In the following years i was part of numerous tracks as producer and co-writer.

Q: How would you describe your style?

A: I'd say i am very versatile and my taste is not only in one specific genre. But i always try to sound as good as possible without destroying the material at the end only to be loud as f*ck. Unless this is what the client wants!

Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?

A: I would love to work with The Weekend as i think they have fantastic songs and a vibe that is totally my taste. But there are many others of course..

Q: Can you share one music production tip?

A: It is not about all the gear, hundreds of plugins and expensive hardware that makes a good producer. It is important to have a perfect measured and acoustically treated room and the experience of course. Listen to great sounding productions and compare them to yours.

Q: What's your strongest skill?

A: To understand the vision of the client ,to find the right chords/melodys and to make it sound big and always up to date.

Q: What's your typical work process?

A: There are different approaches. Either the artists send me a reference track as they would like the production to be or I come up with my own ideas from scratch.

Q: Tell us about your studio setup.

A: I use a M-Audio Code61 as masterkeyboard , MacBook Pro, Rme Babyface interface, Syrincs ,KRK 12s (Sub), Adam S3V, Logic Pro, Ableton and all the virtual instruments for ultimate control. The most important thing is the professionally acoustically measured room with all the absorbers and bass traps.

Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?

A: In no order, these would be: The Weeknd , 24kGoldin , Tale Of Us, Joel Corry, Iann Dior ,Drake ,Maduza, CamelPhat ,Rüfüs Du Sol, Sia, Dojacat, Coldplay and many more..

Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.

A: Full instrumental production, ghost production, songwriting, mixing , mastering , sounddesign and beat production, ,turning existing song ideas into a finished production.

Q: Analog or digital and why?

A: Digital - Because you have so much more control. Just think track automation. And there is a lot of automation in my tracks going on.

A: What is your vision and how do you want it to sound like.

Q: What type of music do you usually work on?

A: I mainly work on Pop , House music with all its sub genres, Trap & Hip-Hop, Melodic Techno and more.

A: I bring my professional experience and skills besides well trained ears to produce ,mix and master of the highest quality needs.
