I have recorded 5 instrumental albums that are piano focused, and recorded/toured with a rock band for several years as a multi-instrumentalist (http://birdscanfly.com). I also love hard rock (Metallica, Tool) and electronica. Can work remotely.
I have been a professional recording and performing multi-instrumentalist for 25 years. I am continually excited by the creative process and have gravitated toward multi-layered piano-based compositions and recordings. Most recently I had the amazing opportunity to record an album of original music with Joan Jeanrenaud, longtime cellist of the Kronos Quartet, called the Lucidity Project.
I love everything from ambient instrumentals, electronica and rock (Metallica/Tool) to singer/songwriter. My style ranges from open and melodic to highly rhythmic percussive piano and I love to hear how piano can fit into a track and weave among other instruments. I'm also a very competent electric guitarist and have a full Pro-Tools based home studio well-equipped with virtual instruments and digital sounds. I would love the opportunity to collaborate with others and am happy to work remote.
